Last Updated: May 20, 2026

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY

By accessing or using medicareat65.org, submitting any information through our website, or contacting us for Medicare insurance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and [Your Legal Entity Name, LLC] doing business as Medicare at 65 ("we," "us," "our," or "Medicare at 65"). These Terms govern your access to and use of medicareat65.org(the "Website") and all services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Website or Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. About Medicare at 65

2.1 Who We Are

Medicare at 65 is a privately owned, independent licensed insurance agency and brokerage operated by [Your Legal Entity Name, LLC]. We help people who are turning 65, newly eligible for Medicare, or already enrolled in Medicare compare and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Medicare Part D prescription drug plans through partnerships with multiple insurance carriers.

2.2 Important Disclaimer — Not a Government Entity

Medicare at 65 is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. We are not Medicare.gov, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), 1-800-MEDICARE, Social Security, or any other federal or state government agency. We are a private licensed insurance agency.

The federal government provides Medicare information directly at Medicare.gov, by calling 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), or through your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP). You may enroll in Original Medicare directly through Social Security at no cost, and you can enroll in Medicare Advantage and Part D plans directly through carriers. Our services help you compare options and enroll with assistance from a licensed agent.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to plans we offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

2.3 Our Services

We provide the following services:

  • Information and education about Medicare options
  • Assistance comparing Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans from multiple carriers
  • Help determining eligibility for Extra Help, Medicare Savings Programs, and other low-income assistance
  • Enrollment assistance for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans
  • Customer support throughout the enrollment process
  • Ongoing assistance with Medicare-related questions

2.4 Our Compensation

We do not charge consumers any fees for our services. We are compensated through commissions paid by insurance carriers when you enroll in a plan through our agency. This commission structure does not affect the price you pay for Medicare insurance coverage. Plan premiums are the same whether you enroll through our agency, directly with the carrier, or through Medicare.gov.

Our commission-based compensation model means we are motivated to help you find appropriate coverage. However, you should be aware that different insurance carriers may pay different commission rates, which could influence which plans we recommend or present to you. CMS rules require that we present Medicare Advantage and Part D plans without bias toward any particular carrier and that we disclose our compensation structure upon request.

5. Enrollment Process and Insurance Coverage

5.1 Quotes and Estimates

Any Medicare plan quotes or premium estimates provided through our Website or Services are estimates only and are not binding offers of coverage. Actual premiums, coverage terms, and eligibility will be determined by the insurance carrier based on complete and verified information.
